How to fix operation could not be completed printer error in windows 7

when you are trying to connect network  printer error occurs

“Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709) Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network”

When i was connect network printer that time faced same problem.

Solution/ How to FIX

Run command of gpedit.msc from RUN Prompt

after click on OK ,Local group policy editor window open ,

Then

Go to Computer configuration > Administrative templates   In right side windows showing  Printers option ,Double click on Printers .

Then Double click on "Allow print spooler to accept client connection " now this windows show setting NOT configure Just click on ENABLE  . save changes using APPLY ,Ok button .....

Now Restart the system .and try again for connect
