Solved-cmd.exe application error (0xc0000142) windows 7

After rebooted windows 7 system and windows boots fine then  found a error cmd.exe application error
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).  Click OK to close the application."
 after close this error come again and again ,

so try to open command prompt so it will open but till error message showing .
Lot of search on google  getting so many solution but not solve this

Then To solve the  Error use windows system restore option and Select the restore point date before error message arrive and restore clean windows without any errors

After windows restore completed successfully That error was not returned.
This solution was work perfect.
