When open Excel error message showing "Excel failed to start correctly last time.Starting Excel in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order successfully start the program .some functionality may be disable in this mode.Do you want to start Excel in safe mode"
after click on Yes another error showing "Excel failed to launch in safe mode ,Do you want to start Detect and Repair? after click om yes for Auto detect and repair didn't solve this issue.
Solution :-
In this case Uninstall exciting office and reinstalling fresh copy of ms office .If uninstalling process showing some errors so use third party uninstalling tool like revo uninstaller .after completed uninstall process restart the system then install fresh copy of Ms office .
