After change a motherboard windows boot proper without drivers after install fresh drivers working fine but problem facing when restart system cant restart stop process on  log off screen but cant not restart then forcefully restart it after power on start normally and working fine same problem facing when try to shutdown same situation facing.

Create new user with admin rights and delete existing user (windows)profile

In this situation 1st solution work for me. after create a new user and login with this user .system can restart and shutdown as a normal.
