Here we are see  two easy method of show or find MAC id
one is
1) find MAC id using network sharing center
and
second is
2) find MAC id using command prompt

let see first method using network sharing center
1) click on Start >Settings

2)In Settings click on Network & Internet option .In NETWORK & INTERNET 
                             choose Ethernet option then  click on change adapter option

3)Select  Ethernet adapter  then click on View status of this connection

4) after click on details tab new window open now here showing physical address/MAC id

Now see using Command prompt
Second method

1) type cmd in search web and windows search box run Commnad prompt using 
Run as Administrator

2)In command prompt type command getmac and press enter.now you can showing physical address.
